- A: Yes, they can. You can remove the delta cleats and install your own Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, LOOK KEO cleats with hex wrench included in the package.
- Q: If there are accessories missing, how to get them?
- A: The bike shoes comes with 9° Delta cleats. If any accessories missing, please let us know to resend for you.
- Q: Why there are 2 screws on the sole?
- A: The screws in the sole are used to fix the metal inside the sole. To ensure you have a better user experience, it is recommended that you tighten the 2 screws before installing the cleats to avoid rattling when riding.
- Q: What should you do if you can not clip the cleats into your bike?
- A: If this is your first time clipping in the bike and having difficulty, you can adjust the tension located on the back of pedals for a more comfortable fit. If too hard to clip in: using the 3 mm Allen key to turn the screws toward the minus sign, so that you can loosen the pedal tension. Then try clipping in. If too easy to clip in: tighten the pedal tension to try it.
